Portia Montgomery

President & Chief Executive Officer

Portia Montgomery is a visionary leader and the President & CEO of ICSNCardiology, where she drives the organization’s mission to advance heart health through education, innovation, and global collaboration.

With a unique background spanning science, business, and international operations, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Her career began as a chemist contributing to U.S. Army aerospace and tank coating programs, before transitioning into large-scale operational leadership roles managing high-performing teams.

Portia later served as a Global Marketing Manager in the medical device industry, leading campaigns across 52 countries—experience that now shapes ICSN’s global strategy and partnerships.

Her leadership is both data-driven and human-centered, ensuring equitable and impactful healthcare initiatives worldwide. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, skiing, and traveling, reflecting her passion for balance and well-being.

Helome Tadiwanashe Mudenyanga

Vice President

Tadiwanashe Helome is a dedicated medical student at Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy and serves as Vice President of ICSNCardiology.

She is deeply passionate about cardiology and preventative medicine, actively leading initiatives that promote cardiovascular awareness across diverse communities. Through her role, she collaborates globally to develop research opportunities, educational programs, and outreach campaigns.

Her work is driven by a commitment to innovation, early intervention, and improving global heart health outcomes.

Tre Winfield

Head of Marketing

Tre Winfield serves as Head of Marketing for the International Cardiology Student Network, where he brings creativity, strategy, and a people-centered approach to engagement and outreach.

A South Carolina native with a passion for holistic wellness, Tre is a certified yoga instructor with a background in Hospitality and Tourism, as well as experience in Sales and Marketing. His diverse skill set enables him to connect with broad audiences and build meaningful, impactful initiatives within the cardiology community.

Ladon Mohammed

Head of Events

Ladon Mohammed is a medical student at Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy and serves as Head of Events at ICSN.

She leads the planning and execution of global events including webinars, workshops, and awareness campaigns. Her focus is on creating engaging platforms that foster collaboration, learning, and action in cardiology.

Ladon is passionate about prevention, early detection, and equitable access to heart care. She also serves on the board of other nonprofit communities, including Dandy TMA.

Ladon Mohammed

Anitta Rose Jose

Event Planner

Anitta Rose Jose is an Event Planner at ICSN and a medical student at Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy.

She brings strong experience in event coordination, having organized large-scale presentations and workshops through academic and volunteer initiatives, including the Duke of Edinburgh Gold program.

With excellent communication skills and attention to detail, she creates impactful events that engage and inspire future healthcare professionals.

Piyush Paithane

Content Researcher

Piyush Paithane serves as a Content Researcher at ICSN, where he develops educational materials focused on cardiovascular awareness.

He has prior experience with the Dandy Neurosurgery Club, contributing to academic content on complex neurological topics and supporting workshops on diagnosis and treatment advancements.

With a strong background in academic outreach and event coordination, he is committed to delivering content that informs, educates, and engages.

Sanket Ankush Jadhav

Team Engagement Officer

Sanket Ankush Jadhav is a Team Engagement Officer at ICSN and a medical student at Georgian National University.

He focuses on strengthening collaboration, improving team dynamics, and supporting a positive organizational culture. His experience includes leadership roles in student government and research committees, where he managed events, mentoring, and team coordination.

Sanket plays a key role in recruitment, engagement, and fostering a connected global student community.
